The Application Process

Please adhere to the steps of applying.

Step 1

Download Part 1 of the Application Form and see if you fit the criteria, if so complete entire Part 1 of Application Form then scan and attach it to the Contact form to the left or mail to:

PO Box 757, Mildura 3502. Ensuring that all documents listed on the application form are attached.

A letter advising of receipt of application will be sent out.

The Application Form must be completed in full or it will not be considered.

Step 2

The foundation panel will assess if the applicant meets the criteria.

Step 3

If applicant meets criteria the panel will request Part 2 of the Application Form.

The Application Form must be completed in full or it will not be considered.

Step 4

The panel will consider the applicants financial position and if satisfied will recommend to the foundation that the applicant receive the funding from the foundation, the foundation will advise the applicant and monies distributed.
